About the role
We are seeking a Logistic & Delivery Admin to join our team at PT Kruger Ventilation Indonesia on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient and effective management of our logistics and delivery operations from our Tangerang, Banten location.
What you'll be doing
- Coordinating the scheduling and tracking of deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer orders
- Liaising with carriers and logistics providers to negotiate rates, resolve issues, and optimise delivery performance
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and managing the warehouse storage and retrieval processes
- Preparing and processing shipping documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs forms
- Providing administrative support to the logistics team, including data entry, report generation, and file management
- Identifying opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and implementing process improvements
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a logistics or delivery administrative role, preferably within the manufacturing, transportation or distribution industry
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Proficient in using logistics management software and MS Office suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and transportation logistics
