Job description for Locum Physiotherapists (North, North-East, East) - SG / PR only at SG REHAB PTE. LTD.
We are recruiting Locum Physiotherapists to support established nursing home and senior care services across multiple locations in Singapore (North, North-East, East).
Availability:
Both full-time and part-time assignments are available
- Full-time: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day
- Part-time: 2 days per week, 8 hours per day
- Duration: Two years with an option to extend
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Client Assessment: Conduct initial and ongoing physiotherapy assessments for clients.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, including assessment findings, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Treatment Planning: Develop individualized, goal-oriented physiotherapy care plans based on each client’s needs and functional status.
- Direct Client Care: Provide hands-on physiotherapy interventions, including therapeutic exercises, mobility training, balance and gait training, pain management, and other appropriate treatments.
- Reassessment: Perform regular reassessments to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Program Planning and Training: Design and implement group and individual therapy programs, and provide training to clients, caregivers, and therapy staff on exercises, safe transfers, and mobility techniques.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy
- Full AHPC Registration
- At least two-three years of experience working in a healthcare setting
- Passionate about Physiotherapy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in local languages will be an advantage
- Self-motivated to engage in continuous learning and education in the field of Physiotherapy
