Job description for LMS Support & Development Intern at Look Media
Responsibilities:
- Configure and test Moodle plugins/features.
- Troubleshoot basic LMS-related issues.
- Course setup, user management, and learning activities.
- Create LMS documentation and reporting.
Requirements:
- Final year student (no active class schedule) or fresh graduate from Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, Informatics, Educational Technology, Education and Information Techonology, or related fields.
- Intermediate understanding of LMS/e-learning systems, especially Moodle.
- Familiar with Moodle system configuration, feature setup, and basic customization, including plugins and LMS-related tools.
- Preferably has been involved in LMS development, implementation, or project setup, either through internships, organizational experiences, or freelance work.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Willing to commit to 3 - 6 month internship period and work on-site at Look Media’s Workshop (Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta).
