Job Description :
- Responsible for growing the company’s capacity in filming events and conducting live streams.
- Ensures everything is ready to prior to filming and stays on-site throughout the shoot to make sure everything is in place and step in when needed.
- Oversee and execute all aspects of livestream production according to plan, including casting, set design and technical integration
- Responsible for talent development including job positioning, promotion, and exploring high potential creator talents.
- Understanding of broadcasting, video encoding equipment, and live video delivery systems.
- Coordinates with Creative and Operations team for live-stream campaign requirements.
- Drive planning around key events to ensure smooth setup and execution, followed up by providing feedback to streamers.
- Maintain and improve production process or workflow.
- Identify and keep abreast on the latest digital tools and interactive trends, best practices, and technologies affecting digital marketing services
- Pitch in creative and executable ideas on the realm of tech and online activations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in communication, marketing, advertising, business management, journalism, or relevant study
- Experienced in Production or Broadcasting is preferred
- Experienced in Entertainment / Broadcasting business / Production House and Advertising Agency
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skill, presentation skill, and has proactive approach
- Highly organized
