Description:
As a Live Stream Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all live streaming activities run smoothly, professionally, and on schedule. You will work closely with the host, content team, and operations team to support and optimize the performance of live broadcasts while maintaining a high-quality viewing experience for the audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare all equipment and materials required before the live stream begins.
- Operate the TikTok Live platform during live streaming sessions.
- Ensure optimal audio, video, lighting, and internet connection quality throughout the broadcast.
- Manage the live stream flow, including product switching, banners, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with the host to ensure the live session runs smoothly according to the planned schedule.
- Monitor live comments and relay important questions or feedback to the host when necessary.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during the live stream.
- Prepare brief post-live reports, including performance summaries and any technical issues encountered.
- Assist with setting up and dismantling live streaming equipment before and after each session.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in live stream production.
- Strong understanding of the fundamentals of camera operation, audio, lighting, and live streaming systems.
- Ability to set up, monitor, and troubleshoot technical issues during live broadcasts.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
