Job Responsibilities:
- Host and manage live streaming sessions on various online platforms (e.g., TikTok, Shopee Live)
- Engage actively with the audience through interactive communication to build connection, boost viewer retention, and drive sales.
- Present products effectively by demonstrating features, benefits, and usage in an appealing and professional manner.
- Coordinate with the marketing and content teams to prepare live stream scripts, product information, and promotional activities.
- Monitor live streaming performance, including viewer engagement, conversion rate, and feedback for improvement.
- Assist in pre-production and post-production activities, such as setting up lighting, sound, camera angles, and background.
- Ensure brand consistency and maintain a positive, energetic image during all live sessions.
- Provide insights and reports on live stream analytics and suggest strategies for audience growth and content improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Broadcasting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a live streaming host.
- Familiar with live streaming platforms (TikTok Live, Shopee Live) and basic streaming tools.
- Strong product knowledge and selling skills, with the ability to highlight product value naturally.
- Good teamwork and coordination skills with other departments such as marketing, creative, and operations.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or during campaign periods.
- Basic technical knowledge in lighting, sound, and camera setup is an advantage.
