Job description for Live Stream Specialist at Pt. Elina Prima Sejahtera

💡 Posisi ini lebih fokus mendukung live streaming We The Sibs, termasuk teknis, interaksi, dan performa siaran, dengan konten pada akun social media (TikTok/Instagram) milik We The Sibs.

Tanggung Jawab:

Menangani semua kegiatan live streaming di TikTok, Shopee, dan Instagram untuk We The Sibs.
Menyiapkan konsep, rundown, dan setup teknis sebelum siaran.
Memastikan live berjalan lancar, termasuk interaksi dengan penonton dan penggunaan fitur platform.
Memantau performa live dan memberikan insight sederhana untuk perbaikan.
Membantu membuat konten pendukung live jika diperlukan, namun fokus utama tetap pada live streaming.
Mengikuti tren terbaru yang relevan dengan brand dan live streaming.

Kualifikasi:

Pengalaman di live streaming menjadi nilai plus.
Familiar dengan TikTok, Shopee Live, dan Instagram.
Memahami dasar penggunaan OBS atau tools streaming sejenis.
Memiliki kemampuan dasar editing video untuk konten pendukung live (CapCut, VN, atau sejenisnya).
Kreatif, proaktif, dan nyaman bekerja di lingkungan yang cepat dan dinamis.
Siap bekerja dengan target dan jadwal fleksibel.
