Job description for Live operator at PT. LILA SEHAT TEKNOLOGI MEDIS
Responsibilities:
- Manage and configure OBS Studio for live streaming, ensuring optimal video and live audio quality.
- Set up and operate livestream scenes, transitions, and sources (cameras, screen capture, graphics, and audio channels).
- Oversee end-to-end livestream operations, including pre-live preparation, live execution, and post-live wrap-up.
- Configure and manage multi-platform streaming (e.g., TikTok Shop, Shopee Live platforms).
- Monitor livestream performance and technical stability in real-time (e.g., dropped frames, latency, sync issues, connectivity).
- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues and implementing contingency solutions to maintain seamless and uninterrupted livestream operations.
- Operate and maintain livestream equipment, including cameras, capture cards, audio devices, lighting setups, and video switchers.
- Integrate overlays, lower thirds, countdown timers, logos, and other visual assets into livestreams.
- Collaborate with the design and content team to produce engaging and high-quality livestream visuals.
- Utilize plugins and third-party tools (e.g., NDI, VST, StreamFX) to enhance OBS functionality and stream quality.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months – 2 years of experience in livestream operations, broadcasting, or video production.
- Proficient in OBS Studio (mandatory) and familiar with other streaming tools (TikTok Live Studio, Streamlabs, etc.).
- Experience with multi-camera setups and professional streaming equipment.
- Strong understanding of audio, lighting, and video production fundamentals.
- Familiarity with RTMP/RTSP protocols and CDN configurations.
- Basic knowledge of network systems, including bandwidth management and latency optimization.
- Understanding of livestream platforms (TikTok, Shopee, etc.) and their technical requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to communicate in English (at least conversational level).
