Job Description
• Develop and execute live commerce strategies to achieve sales, GMV, and conversion targets across multiple platforms.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor the Live Commerce team, including hosts and supporting members.
• Plan and manage livestream schedules, promotional calendars, and campaign executions.
• Monitor and optimize livestream performance metrics, including viewership, engagement, conversion rate, and GMV.
• Analyze livestream data and provide actionable insights to continuously improve performance.
• Oversee livestream preparation, including product briefing, scripting, talking points, and overall live flow.
• Identify trends, best practices, and growth opportunities within the live commerce ecosystem.
• Conduct regular evaluations, coaching sessions, and performance reviews for hosts to improve presentation skills and selling capabilities.
• Ensure all live commerce activities align with clients’ objectives, campaign goals, and brand guidelines.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Live Commerce, Livestream Operations, Social Commerce, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading or managing livestream hosts and teams is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Live, Shopee Live, and other livestreaming platforms.
• Familiar with livestream KPIs, including GMV, CTR, conversion rate, average watch duration, and engagement metrics.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and make strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and target-oriented environment.
• Passionate about social commerce, creator economy, and digital trends.
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup based in Bandung.
