Job description for Live Commerce Host at PMI Haircare
Hi ! We are PT Putera Mahkota Indonesia (PMI Haircare), the sole importer and distributor of K18 and ghd in Indonesia.
We’re looking for a Live Commerce Host who will drive sales performance through engaging live streaming, strong product storytelling, and effective marketplace operations across platforms.
This role plays a key part in increasing conversion, strengthening brand presence, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in our digital sales channels.
What you'll do :
- Host live streaming sessions on TikTok Shop and Shopee to drive engagement and sales
- Present products clearly and engage with viewers during live sessions (3–5 hours daily)
- Manage marketplace operations, including product listings, stock, orders, and customer inquiries
- Prepare live content and ensure alignment with ongoing campaigns and promotions
- Collaborate with internal teams to support campaign execution and sales performance
- Monitor and analyze live and marketplace performance to identify improvement opportunities

- Confident on camera with strong communication and audience engagement skills
- Energetic, expressive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Target-driven and motivated by sales performance
- Passionate about beauty, haircare, and styling products
- Detail-oriented and responsible in handling product information and orders
- Familiar with marketplace platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee) is a plus
- Fresh graduates welcome; live streaming or sales experience is a plus
