Job Description:
• Experience in line or base maintenance work, preferably 10 years’ experience.
• Trained in at least two of the following aircraft types listed: Beechcraft B1900D, Beechcraft 400XP, Leonardo AW169, Leonardo AW189, Airbus AS365, Airbus AS350, Bell 412, BO 105.
• Able to take stress and work independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Quality and safety minded, with an ethnical working attitude.
Job Responsibility:
• Be familiar with relevant aviation regulations, company manuals, SOPs, forms and requirements.
• Carrying out Aircraft Maintenance in accordance with approved and up to date maintenance instructions in a safe and professional manner.
• Plan the maintenance work in advance and meet regularly with the Project Engineer to check if maintenance tasks are on schedule.
• Work closely with Engineering, Production, Logistics Departments to ensure successful start to completion of aircraft maintenance.
• Executes and oversees aircraft inspections, modifications, maintenance tasks, repairs, within license scope
• Ensures the timely and accurate recording of work executed on the aircraft.
• Oversee timely parts ordering and resource co-ordination
• Perform functional and systems operational test
• Troubleshoot/diagnose aircraft defects causes and recommend corrective actions
• Constant inspection and monitoring of aircraft status during maintenance for any defects or technical issues that are encountered.
• To provide technical expertise and recommendations to production/engineering to rectify defects before aircraft delivery.
• Ensure that all technical documents, paper and electronic version used are up to date.
