1.	Memahami Undang-Undang Perseroan Terbatas
2.	Memahami Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan
3.	Memahami Undang-Undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik
4.	Memahami Undang-Undang Perdagangan
5.	Memahami proses di OSS RBA
6.	Memeriksa dan memastikan bahwa izin-izin atau lisensi dan dokumen-dokumen wajib atau legalitas perusahaan tersedia dan diperpanjang tepat waktu
7.	Meninjau dan identifikasi masalah apapun dalam kontrak, perjanjian, dan dokumen hukum lainnya dengan pelanggan, vendor dan mitra bisnis lainnya juga menegosiasikan poin-poin penting dengan mitra untuk menguntungkan perusahaan
8.	Bertanggung jawab untuk memberikan nasihat hukum dan menimbang semua aspek hukum serta mampu memberikan solusiyang tepat untuk semua aktivitas yang dilakukan dengan tujuan akhir melindungi hak hukum perusahaan
9.	Melakukan Legal Due Diligence (LDD) untuk mengetahui apakah perusahaan telah menjala usahanya sesuai dengan hukum yang berlaku
10.	Menangani administrasi dan proses perijinan
11.	Review serta drafting kontrak

Kualifikasi:
-	Pendidikan minimal S1 Hukum
-	Menguasai bahasa inggris aktif secara lisan & tulisan
-	Mempunyai pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai Corporate Legal
-	Memahami dan menguasai tentang aspek hukum seperti Legalitas Perusahaan Pembuatan Draft Legal, Kontrak & Legal Review, Perjanjian & Perizinan, Asset Perusahaan dan perundang-undangan lain yang menunjang uraian tugas
-	Mahir dalam menggunakan Google Workspace
-	Mempunyai kemampuan Negosiasi & Komunikasi secara efektif
-	Rapi, Teliti, Disiplin, Kreatif, Cepat belajar/beradaptasi
-	Mempunyai kemampuan Negosiasi & Komunikasi secara efektif
-	Dapat bekerja sendiri atau secara tim
-	Memiliki kemampuan problem solving
-	Berdomisili di Bandung
