Job description for Legal Staff at Synergy Pro Business Consulting
We are looking for an experienced Legal Officer to handle corporate legal matters, legal due diligence, property-related legal documentation, and business licensing for local and international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle company establishment and registration (PT PMA/PMDN).
- Conduct Legal Due Diligence (LDD) and prepare LDD reports.
- Draft and review bilingual contracts, lease agreements, PPJB, AJB, and other legal documents.
- Handle business licensing through OSS, including NIB, KBLI, and other relevant permits.
- Coordinate with notaries, government authorities, BPN, and relevant institutions.
- Support immigration and stay permit processes when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in corporate legal or legal consulting.
- Hands-on experience in conducting LDD and preparing LDD reports.
- Good understanding of Indonesian corporate law, contracts, property legal matters, and business licensing.
- Good command of Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
