Job description for Legal Staff - Business Operations at PT. Pinduit Teknologi Indonesia
- Assist in drafting and reviewing loan agreements and any other operations related legal documents.
- Establishing and renewing/updating master Legal data room and documentation of all legal documents.
- Conducting legal research and preparing legal research report.
- to prepare, draft, and/or review the agreements and its relevant documents related to the Borrower onboarding process.
- to prepare, draft, and/or review the agreements and its relevant documents related to the Lender onboarding process.
- to prepare any documents required for the due diligence as may be required by the prospective Lender
- Assist in conducting legal research on issues raised by other departments.
- Translating company letters, agreements, and any other documents from Indonesia to English or vice versa.
- Follow company policies and instruction.
- Able to maintain the confidentially of the company.
- Other operational tasks related to the above.
- Have a strong interest in financial technology industry, particularly on Peer to Peer Lending industry.
- Excellent communication and writing skill, speak fluent in Indonesia and English professionally;
- Comfortable with new technologies and computer literate (such as Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, and Ms. Power Point)
- Have honest attitude, conscientious and responsible;
- Fluent in Indonesia and English.
- Able to take ownership of their task.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team setting
- Law school fresh graduates
- Law students in their penultimate year are welcome to apply
- Prior internship/work experience in the financial technology industry/other is a plus
