Job description for Legal Risk Analyst at CORIM GROUP
Work Responsibilities and Key Performance Indicators
1. Legal documents: researching, drafting, analyzing, and providing legal opinion.
2. Legal assessment and compliance; prepare and review document/opinion alignment with all departments based on guidelines and direction from the Head of Risk Management.
3. Monitoring and providing regulatory update and compliance on various legal issues.
4. Daily basis: Assisting the Head of Risk Management and closely collaborating with all positions in CORIM Indonesia.
5. Adapting and promoting legal opinions from different perspectives, especially in risk & crisis management aspect.
6. Implementing appropriate professional manner and attitude in working environment.
7. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with all business partners by creating additional value.
