- Advice on general corporate matters, and supervise and direct external law firms on corporate governance, regulatory and compliance matters;
- Manage and lead group's various M&A and JV transactions, including structural advise, deal process, transactions documents and other matters for execution;
- Review and draft transaction documents, corporate resolutions and other legal documents;
- Provide other legal support for the daily work of certain investee and/or subsidiary;
- Previous experience in merger and acquisition, and strong drafting skills are must;
- Welcome pure law firm candidates.
