- Ensure compliance with Indonesian laws and regulations.
- Provide general legal advice, which will include general corporate law, labor and employment, IP, investment, privacy law.
- Applying for the necessary licences.
- Perform legal research to related government institutions related to compliance of the Company as well as any other projects that may be carried out by the company.
- Drafting and review all contracts, vendor agreement or any other documentation where the Company has to ensure that were legal risk have been identified is handle properly.
- Maintaining and updating Company’s agreement template to be proceed properly and comply with prevailing laws and regulations.
- Reviewing and updating internal policies & procedures.
- Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with teams from many disciplines.
- Bachelor in Law (a master degree is a plus).
- Experience as a lawyer in a well-known law firm with minimum of 4 years of experiences or as an in-house counsel in a well-known corporation.
- Experiences in e-commerce law, privacy law, M&A, Corporate Commercial, Corporate Investment and IP rights.
- Excellent legal drafting and writing skills (both in English and Bahasa).
- Excellent research, verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude, flexible, proactive, self- motivated and detailed oriented with strong sense of responsibility and able to work individually.
- PERADI license is a plus.
