Job description for Leasing Executive at The Property Runway

We are looking for a detail-oriented, resourceful & energetic Leasing Executive to support the realtors in Rentals.
NOTE: You need not possess a Real Estate License for this role.
The job role entails:
- Traveling down to the property and Preparing the property for sale/ rental
- Liaising with the Vendors/ Contracrors to ensure all repairs/ touch ups are done
- Preparing the Inventory Reports for Landlords & Tenants
- Following up on any repair works/ outstanding items with Landlord/ Tenants for leasing matters.
- Research on appliances, fittings or furnitures for the spaces we manage
- Updating the clients on progress
