Job Description
As a Learning Designer, you will be responsible for designing impactful learning materials for entrepreneurship programs. Your core responsibilities include:
- Research: Conduct comprehensive desk research and consult with subject matter experts (SMEs) or practitioners to develop a learning curriculum tailored to entrepreneurs’ needs.
- Design: Create syllabi and translate SMEs' case studies and materials into workshop flows, modules, worksheets, and learning materials aligned with an experiential learning approach.
- Learning & Iteration: Collect data from participants' experiences, generate concise reports, and continuously iterate learning materials and tools for improvement.
- Brainstorming: Collaborate closely with the team to brainstorm innovative activities that enhance the overall quality of the learning experience.
Job Requirements
Must-Have Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of working experience, with at least 1 year of experience in designing adult learning programs.
- Passionate about learning and deep diving into entrepreneurship and business concepts.
- Formal or informal educational background in Education, Psychology, Management, or other related fields.
- Deep understanding of the constructivist learning process—from needs analysis and learning process design to creating learning stimuli.
- Strong project management skills.
- High GRIT with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, fluid, and collaborative environments.
- Proven ability to collaborate with key stakeholders to understand organizational goals, business needs, and skills gaps to develop a comprehensive learning strategy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts clearly to various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in designing assessment methods and evaluating the success of learning programs based on established metrics.
- Growth mindset with a huge appetite for continuous learning.
Nice-to-Have / Preferred:
- Knowledge of financial management (especially in the context of SMEs) or strong business acumen is a major plus.
- Location: Remote-friendly / flexible. However, candidates based in Jakarta are highly preferred.
