Job description for Learning and Development Project Manager at Cyberlink
Responsibility
l To develop and implement an effective learning and development strategy for cultivate and train our employees to grow and transform with business
l Partner with department heads for Talent and Succession pipelines within the organization
l To communicate and coordinate with internal developing team and external L&D vendors for cooperate needs
l To plan and deliver diverse learning projects covering from new employees onboarding to management level development for global BU
l To lead internal leadership programs, employee engagement activities, employee loyalty project and government training project as well
l Support other HR and administration function projects
Requirement
l Bachelor’s degree in HR-related field and 5+ years training working experience
l Good at data analysis and data visualization
l Approachable, responsive, and able to connect with employees at all levels
l Proficient in both English and Chinese
