We are currently looking for a data driven Lead Creative to lead our creative team and elevate our brand communication across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop creative planning and campaign strategies
Lead, manage, and mentor the creative team
Generate innovative ideas for content and marketing campaigns
Ensure smooth execution of creative projects and timelines
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable reports & insights
Collaborate closely with marketing and other teams
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in creative, content, or social media roles
Strong leadership and team management skills
Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Up-to-date with digital marketing and social media trends
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and performance reports to optimize results
Comfortable utilizing AI tools and technology to improve efficiency, productivity, and creative workflow
