Job description for LAWYER at HIS LAWFIRM
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minumum Bachelor's degree in Law, Master Degree in Law would be preferable;
- Having minimum 5 years' of experience in a Law Firm;
- Having Licensed Indonesian advocate (PERADI or other recognized bar association);
- Having experience in Commercial Contract Law and Mining;
- Having experience and have coordinated with government officials/stakeholder;
- Have an understanding of procurement in Mining;
- Have knowledge of SKK Mining is preferable;
- Have the ability to take initiative to provide possible legal solution;
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) in English is required;
- Good interpersonal and organization skills such as collaborating with others, well-organized, problem solving, strategic thinking, analytical and conceptual skills, negotiating, and detail oriented.
