Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun dalam me-manage, mengaplikasikan changes, dan melakukan troubleshooting dasar Perangkat Network Security seperti: Paloalto, Fortigate, F5, Imperva, CWAF, Squid Proxy, F5 SSLO, Cisco ESA, NAC Aruba.
Familiar dengan: Firewall & Firewall Management, Web Application Firewall (WAF) Cloud & OnPrem Squid Proxy, Email Security Gateway (Cisco ESA & SMA), F5 SSL Orchestrator (SSLO), Network Access Control (NAC Aruba), Monitoring tools (PRTG, Solarwind dan Grafana).

Jobdesk:

Mengelola operasional network security yang mencakup implementasi change request sesuai baseline dan SLA tim SSQ.
Melakukan monitoring serta first-level troubleshooting insiden.
Mendokumentasikan dan mengoordinasikan pemeliharaan perangkat dengan vendor atau tim engineer terkait.
