Grand Karunia Function Hall membuka loker sebagai koordinator vendor relation. Kandidat harus memiliki pengalaman di wedding, event organizer, hospitality, vendor management, sales support, atau purchasing menjadi nilai tambah. Minimal pendidikan S1, diutamakan dari bidang hospitality, event, komunikasi, bisnis, atau administrasi.

Vendor Associate bertugas mencari, mengelola, dan menjaga hubungan kerja sama dengan vendor-vendor wedding.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:

  • Mengumpulkan penawaran harga dan negosiasi harga
  • Memperbarui database vendor
  • Menyiapkan administrasi kerja sama
  • Melakukan follow-up persiapan acara.

Kandidat ideal adalah mereka yang memiliki kemampuan:

  • Komunikasi interpersonal yang baik.
  • Pencarian dan seleksi vendor.
  • Negosiasi harga dan benefit.
  • Administrasi vendor dan management.
  • Follow-up dan koordinasi vendor.
  • Problem solving.
  • Kemampuan menggunakan Google Sheets/Excel dan tools project management.
