Job description for KOL Specialist at PT. Komar Cosmetics Technology
Job Descriptions:
- Build and maintain a relationship / serve as the point of contact with talent managers, agents, publicist, and talent/KOL directly to execute campaign/project.
- Creative, passionate, and savvy with social media trends and familiar with digital campaigns or activations
- Maintain good relationship with influencer / KOL
- Identify and collaborate with relevant KOLs to promote the brand
- Negotiate costs appropriately to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, partnership management, or a related field, with a minimum of one year of professional experience.
- Having good and extensive networking with KOL/influencers/buzzer/communities.
- Great time management skills and attention to detail
- Can design (visual & video) is a Plus
- Analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of influencer content.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa
- Work location is at PIK 2 – Tangerang
