We’re looking for a KOL Specialist who loves building relationships, understands content, and knows how to turn collaborations into real impact.
What You’ll Do
- Identify, recruit, and onboard KOLs that align with our brand
- Manage end-to-end KOL collaborations (briefing, negotiation, execution, and follow-up)
- Maintain strong relationships with KOLs and ensure ongoing engagement
- Monitor and track KOL performance (views, engagement, conversions)
- Ensure content output meets brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign materials and timelines
- Analyze campaign results and provide insights for improvement
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing, Social Media in Beauty industry
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
- Experienced in handling KOL collaborations and negotiations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Data-driven mindset with ability to track and analyze performance
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns
- Proactive, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
