Job description for KOL Specialist (Freelance Remote) at PT. Nusantara Creative Partners

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, approach, and manage relationships with KOLs, influencers, and content partners.

- Develop influencer campaign strategies aligned with client objectives and brand direction.

- Handle outreach, negotiation, briefing, coordination, and campaign execution end-to-end.

- Track campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports with key insights.

- Stay updated on KOL trends, especially in beauty, health, wellness, sustainability, lifestyle, and F&B.

Requirements

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or related roles.

- Strong network and understanding of KOL landscape across relevant industries.

- Experienced in managing campaign flow, from sourcing and negotiation to reporting.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.

- Detail-oriented, proactive, and data-aware in evaluating campaign performance.
