Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute KOL/Influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
- Source, evaluate, and manage KOLs across TikTok, Instagram, Shopee Video, and other relevant platforms.
- Create detailed content briefs and campaign guidelines for KOLs.
- Coordinate content production timelines and ensure timely content delivery and posting.
- Review and approve content drafts to ensure quality, brand alignment, and campaign objectives are met.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, agencies, and content creators.
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging content formats to improve campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a KOL Specialist, Influencer Marketing Specialist, Content Creator, or related role.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Shopee Video, and current social media trends.
- Proven experience in managing KOL campaigns from planning to execution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- High execution ability with strong attention to detail and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and generate insights.
- Familiarity with beauty, skincare, fashion, or FMCG industries is a plus.
