Calling all aspiring KOL Specialist! is looking for a dynamic and creative KOL Specialist to join our marketing team!
Job Responsibilities:
1. Familiar with the TikTok algorithm; deeply understand content creation directions based on the company's product features to ensure targets in exposure, publishing volume, and GMV are achieved.
2. Responsible for influencer (KOL) collaboration, identifying content pain points, customizing personalized scripts, coordinating details, following up on partnerships, reviewing videos, and conducting data analysis and performance reviews.
3. Maintain ongoing partnerships with creators, drive sales output, and take ownership of business outcomes."
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Over 1 years of experience in TikTok Indonesia's beauty and personal care sector is a must, with an existing network of KOL resources. Fresh Graduate with relevant intern experience are welcome.
3. Fluent in spoken English as a working language.
4. Strong understanding of beauty and personal care categories, with sharp insights into trending topics and viral content.
5. Capable of script planning; motivated, responsible, and articulate. Proficient in data analysis and handling.
6. Able to WFO at our office located in Kedoya, West Jakarta
