Job description for KOL Listing at CV Bless Abadi Sejahtera
Kualifikasi:
- pengalaman minimal 6 bulan (intern/fulltime) dalam mengelola KOL/influencer/buzzer/communities/ Talent Management
- Memahami dan update terhadap perkembangan influencer/KOL
- Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi negosiasi, dan manajemen yang baik
- Bersedia bekerja onsite di Bali
- Keterampilan manajemen waktu yang hebat dan perhatian terhadap detail
- Mampu mengoperasikan Google Spreadsheet
- Up to date dengan tren media sosial Job Deskripsi :
- Mengelola Listing KOL (Listing-Approching-Maintaining)
- Membuat database KOL/influencer dan negosiasikan rate card dengan tepat untuk memastikan kesepakatan yang saling menguntungkan
- Memahami dan mendata KOL sesuai kriteria, SOW.
- Bekerja dan berkomunikasi secara efektif baik offline & Online (Google sheet, Whatsapp, Monday)
