Job description for KOL / Influencer Specialist at Leon
- Supporting Sponsored Content Manager to develop (social media influencers and sponsored publishers) activity plan for a client or an internal project.
- Supporting Sponsored Content Manager to maintain LEON’s sponsored channel database by updating data and continuously onboarding sponsored channels from all categories with all relevant key information.
- Supporting Sponsored Content Manager to establish and finalize agreement with potential sponsored content needed for planned or upcoming campaigns, which includes checking availability, ensuring the scope of work, negotiating and locking in the most cost-effective price and payment terms.
- Supporting Sponsored Content Manager to collaborate with the LEON Client Partner team to support and accommodate new and existing business proposals by providing an activity plan, a list of sponsored channels, and estimated cost and results.
- Supporting Sponsored Content Manager to collaborate with the LEON Account team to align and coordinate new and ongoing projects by ensuring the project brief, final list of sponsored channels, and scope of work, as well as replacement support if necessary.
- Proven experience at managing sponsored content project especially social media influencer and paid publishers’ content project; preferably has at least 2 years of experience in the project management field.
- Good understanding of influencer marketing campaign and current trends in social media, KOL or social media influencers; preferable has the connection with influencers and publishers across categories, or communication skills to build relationship with it.
- Good interpersonal skills, creative thinking, and able to work well in the team.
