Job Description
• Develop and execute partnership and influencer marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales
• Identify, source, and manage relationships with influencers, KOLs, creators, communities, media, and brand partners
• Handle end to end influencer collaborations, including outreach, negotiation, briefing, content approval, and performance tracking
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, brand activations, exhibitions, bazaars, and partnership opportunities
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide insights for optimization
• Manage partnership and influencer budgets, maintain influencer databases, and prepare campaign reports
• Work closely with the Social Media, Creative, Digital Marketing, and Sales teams to align campaign objectives and messaging to ensure smooth campaign execution
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, KOL or Affiliate Management, Brand Partnership, or Brand Marketing
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
• Experience managing end to end influencer campaigns
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms
• Analytical mindset with an understanding of influencer marketing metrics (Reach, Engagement, CTR, Conversion, ROI)
• Organized, detailoriented, and able to manage multiple projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Passionate about fashion, lifestyle, beauty, and digital marketing
