Job description for KOL & Community Officer (Internship) at VhiSOMO
We are looking for someone who understands that KOL is not just about “contacting influencers.”
This role is about managing relationships, understanding audience, and building meaningful engagement between brands and communities.
What You Will Do
- Assist in identifying and mapping relevant KOLs based on brand needs
- Support outreach and communication with KOLs and communities
- Coordinate KOL deliverables (briefing, timeline, content submission)
- Monitor campaign execution and ensure alignment with brief
- Track KOL performance and compile basic reports
- Support community engagement initiatives (activation, interaction, feedback)
- Maintain database of KOLs and community partners
Who We Are Looking For
- Final year student or fresh graduate (Communication, Marketing, or related field)
- From a reputable university (preferred)
- Strong interest in social media, KOL, and community engagement
- Active in communities or organizations is a strong plus
- Good communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia & basic English)
- Detail-oriented and responsive
- Able to manage multiple tasks and timelines
- Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and current digital trends
