Menyiapkan dan mengolah bahan makanan sesuai standar resep

Memastikan kualitas rasa, kebersihan, dan penyajian makana

Menjaga kebersihan area dapur dan peralatan kerja

Mengontrol stok bahan baku dan menghindari peborosan
