Job description for Kitchen Supervisor at TYGR Sushi Bali
General Requirements:
* Have a minimum of 2 year of experience in the same field
* Food Preparation and Quality Control
* Kitchen Management (Schedule Staff, Inventory, Maintain Clean and Organized Kitchen Enviroment)
* Menu Planning (Assist in menu develompment, plan daily specials, monitor ingredients stocks)
* Staff Training (Train Junior Staff members, delegate tasks, and evaluate performance)
* Good Leadership, Excellent Verbal and Written Comunnication with owner, management team and all staff
