Job description for Kitchen Leader at PT.PASIFIK MULTIRASA INDONESIA
The ideal candidate has a passion for F&B and ability to connect with guests and staff alike. A natural Leader, you are responsible for maintaining the highest levels of quality products and cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise day to day activities and assist in the outlets.
- Execute COST performance goals to increase profitability.
- Train and assess employee’s productivity and performance.
- Managing inventory so that all necessary ingredients are stocked for service.
- Streamlining the kitchen processes to maintain prompt service times.
- Setting regular cleaning standards for the kitchen and verifying that staff is maintaining sanitation levels.
- Creating schedules for all kitchen staff.
Qualifications:
- A strong base of culinary knowledge.
- At least 10 years’ of full service Japanese restaurant, hotpot restaurant, all you can eat restaurant, as a Kitchen Leader.
- Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to cover shifts as needed.
- Minimum D3.
- Age maximum 40 years old.
- Leadership skills.
