Kitchen and Bar Supervisor

Vinyl Cofee is looking for an experienced and passionate Supervisor to lead our team,

support daily operations, and create an excellent guest experience. The ideal candidate is

hands-on, customer-focused, and confident in both leadership and café operations.

Job Responsibilities:

 Supervise and support daily café operations

 Lead, train, and motivate staA to maintain high service standards

 Ensure smooth workflow during busy hours

 Assist in food preparation and cooking when required

 Interact confidently with guests, providing friendly and professional service

 Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly

 Perform upselling and guide staA to increase sales eAectively

 Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are met

 Assist management with scheduling, inventory, and basic reporting

Job Requirements:

 English is a must and preferable Mandarin speaking

 Able to cook is a must

 Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisor or senior role in a café or restaurant

 Strong leadership and communication skills

 Ability to cook and assist in kitchen operations

 Excellent customer service and guest engagement skills

 Proven upselling and sales skills

 Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

 Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

 Positive attitude, responsible, and team-oriented
