Our client is a logistics and supply chain specialist providing warehousing, transportation, and fulfillment services for businesses across multiple industries, with a strong focus on FMCG products. They manage a diverse product portfolio including consumer goods, electronics, apparel, health & beauty products, and eCommerce merchandise. By leveraging advanced technology, they optimize inventory and distribution processes to deliver fast, reliable, and scalable solutions for B2B and retail partners.
This is a hybrid role, combining work-from-home flexibility with office days located near Canggu, Bali.
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with high-value clients. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B account management, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth through upselling and strategic client management.
You will play a key role in maintaining long-term partnerships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client logistics and supply chain needs are handled efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with operations, sales, and customer service teams to align solutions with client expectations.
- Monitor account performance, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports on client engagement and business growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide proactive recommendations.
- Address client concerns promptly and coordinate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Contribute to business expansion by fostering client loyalty and identifying strategic opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar B2B role, such as Key Account Management or Business Development.
- Experience in FMCG, import/export, trading, or logistics-related industries is highly preferred.
- Experience working with global clients or multinational companies is highly preferred.
- Proven experience managing a book of business worth USD 2M+ annually, with average transaction values of USD 10K+.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, upselling, and deal-closing abilities.
- Business-savvy with the ability to understand client pain points and propose value-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with fluent English proficiency.
- Dynamic, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
