The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities.
1. Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and the company
2. Resolving key client issues and complaints
3. Developing a complete understanding of key account needs
4. Anticipating key account changes and improvements
5. Managing communications between key clients and internal teams
6. Strategic planning to improve client results
7. Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance
8. Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training
Requirements and Qualifications

5. In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry
6. Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories

8. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant field is preferred
9. Minimum 1-year previous work experience in sales, management, key account management, or relevant experience
10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
11. Basic computer skills, and experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office, with emphasis on superior Excel skills.
12. Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to follow-through on client contracts
13. Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account
14. Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting goals
