MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
1. Key Account & OT Channel:
• Achieved assigned KA metrics (e.g. Dist/IMS/Visibility/Brand Share/Planogram/Stock/PSA...)
• PSA evaluation and payment are executed OTIF and in compliance
• Work with the KA HQ Team to develop and implement KA strategy/Project/ process
• Market visit to get market information and feedback on our programs/performance (trade, investment, …) to propose or input back to HQ team/TE team/POS team with new/corrective action/solution or intervention if needed.
• Ensure all KA contact infos is accurate and maintained updated.
• Manage the orders /demand forecast for assigned KA (by store level)
• Manage Trade/Brand related initiatives for assigned KA (by store level)
• Conduct regular reviews to provide feedback on achievements, performance gaps and requirements for improvement (by store level)
• Undertake other tasks requested by RM/RBDM/KAM HQ
• Have Route Plan to visit stores.
• Develop, implement store improvement grid & track stores performance/KPIs.
• End-to-end manage OT/HRC independent outlets within regional scope.
2. Others
• Work with related function such as Admin/Finance/BD/MD to ensure all issues related to the offer deployment is raised appropriately and solved timely.
.KPI:
• OTIF execution & evaluation on Trade Marketing Activities within assigned areas/ outlets.
People:
• Ensures the team are kept fully informed and briefed through effective communication of objectives, progress and future action plan in order that effective planning and in-market activities can be implemented.
• Self-manage to gain best practice sharing from various sources of information, take ownership of up-skilling capability to advance career & development.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
• Priority: Female from 22 - 30 years old
• College/ University graduate with solid academic results, preferably in business & marketing management
• Minimum 2-year experience in Trade Marketing/ Distribution in a sizeable FMCG company (preferable an MNC)
• Understanding and experience of managing Trade Marketing, Customer Engagement, Account Management and Field operations.
• Excellent selling, negotiation & influencing skills
• English at immediate level.
