1. Min. S1 Arsitek atau setara

2. Pengalaman min. 3 thn sebagai Spv. DRAFTER / Kepala Bagian gambar kerja

3. Memahami dasar-dasar gambar teknis, desain, dan software CAD.

4. Mampu memimpin tim, mengelola proyek, dan berkomunikasi dengan efektif.

5. Mampu menjelaskan konsep desain dengan jelas dan efektif kepada pihak lain.

6. Mampu mengatur waktu, prioritas, dan tugas dengan efisien.

7. Mampu mengidentifikasi dan menyelesaikan masalah yang timbul selama proyek.
