ISO
Have Knowladge regarding ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
SAFETY
Planning for emergency simulation and drill
Setup Safety Training and Campaign, Organizing the safety campaigns: Information Board & Bulletin, handbook Safety
Plan for safety inspection regularly for facility in the company
Accident Investigation and reporting.
Regurarly conduct safety inspection, audit and evaluation controling action.
Organizing HSE files, records, systems and update information
Update Global Safety Report, accident data and Risk Management report & data
Recommend changes to working processes and conditions to ensure that all employees have a safe and healthy working environment and that the organisation complies with all current and future regulations and Responsible for implementing Safety Administration program and ensure compliance with procedures. 
Following established procedure & guideline to provide timely & effective administration to office & department.
Implementing Safety administration activities maintaining HSE PPE supplies or other inventory and update PPE Matrix. 
Updating the list of Safety related regulation to comply with government regulation and law
Perform other routine administrative activities according to the organisation’s established safety procedures.
Support and implement company's program (TPM activities, QCC, Kaizen, 5S, etc.) in each depatment to achieve company's target
Implementing 5 S and Internal Self Audit of 5 S in responsibility area
Implement any policies related to Safety Management System in job activity as specified by company
Monitoring Fire Facility and safety facility for renovation plan with related department.
Regularly repot to DISNAKER and customer.
Monitoring and educating Occupational Safety  ( K 3 ) to employee.
Provide report and evaluation related to actualization of Objective, Target & Program of Quality & Enviroment Managament Objective
Monitoring and reporting the performance of objective target quality, environment and K3 monthly.


HEALTHY
Supporting Plan for Clinic management system, MCU and Occupational Healthy program
Responsible for implementing Healthy Administration program and ensure compliance with procedures. 
Maintain Healthy & Clinic files, records, systems and update information. 
Maintain and analyse records of workplace injuries, illness, and absences to identify areas of concern.
Monitoring clinic Facility and healthy facility on standar regulation
Monitoring and educating Occupational Health to employee
Regularly repot to DINKES.
Supporting for implementing and monitoring program Fatigue Management.


ENVIRONMENT
Conduct environment audits, measurement and on-site inspections to identify environment issue, contamination and hazardous handling
Investigate Environment incident, complete or verify incident reports, and liaise with technical specialists and external health and safety authorities to identify the causes of accidents and prevent their recurrence. 
Manage 3R programs, TPS B3 and WWT Domestic
Educate and train the organisation’s workforce on environment to ensure that they understand and  comply with the organisation’s environment policies and standards.
Performing the handling hazardous material (B3)  or waste of hazardous (B 3) & Non hazardous (B3)  related with working area.
