Job description for Junior Salesforce Developer at PT Trees Solutions
We are looking for Technical Consultant / Developer in our team who will be responsible for:
- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (LWC/Aura)
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and solutions
- Develop integrations external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Perform data migration, data cleansing, and data validation processes
- Customize features including objects, workflows, process automation, and security settings
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT processes
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications
- Collaborate with functional consultants, stakeholders, and other developers throughout the SDLC
- Maintain proper documentation for technical design, development, and deployment processes
For this role, we will need someone who:
- Minimum a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a Developer / Technical Consultant fresh graduates are welcome to apply (internship/project experience is a plus)
- Strong experience in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
- Experience with configuration: objects, page layouts, profiles, permissions, workflows, and approval processes
- Hands-on experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools)
- Familiar with data migration tools (Data Loader, ETL tools)
- Good understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies
- Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and deployment tools (CI/CD is a plus)
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II) is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- English proficiency is a must
