Job description for Junior Product Manager at UKU Indonesia
- A Bachelor's / Masters or an equivalent degree, preferably in engineering or management
- Have experience in PRD (Product Requirement Document)
- Strong understanding on the Fintech environment
- Has experiences in working on either of the following products: BNPL and P2P Lending
- Successful track record in planning, developing and executing strategy for multiple projects while collaborating cross-functionally
- Analytical and data-driven, love digging into data and gather insights. Able to define and measure success on every product build
- Fluent in English, confident communicator and has strong entrepreneurial spirit. Curious and highly proactive behaviour is a must.
- Passion for customers, always bringing questions back to what will serve them best
- Ability to influence through persuasive verbal and written communication
