Job description for Junior HR Recruiter (IT) at Lawencon International
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Reaching the defined targets for hiring of different job families (time, costs, quality)
- Successfully executing the end-to-end recruitment process (including but not limited to job posting, phone interviewing, job interviewing, recruitment administration, intensive communication with candidates and managers)
- Administering and following through all interview schedules for all job vacancies as well as all job applicants
- Analyzing and evaluating the responsiveness, quality as well as costs of all established recruitment channels
QUALIFICATION
- The candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Science or Engineering
- Possesses 1–2 years of experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably with exposure to the IT industry or experience managing recruitment for diverse roles within tight timelines.
