Job description for Junior Consultant at PT. Excellent Accounting Partners
About the Role
Accutax Solutions is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Consultant to support our growing portfolio of foreign clients (PMA companies & expatriates) in Indonesia. You will play a key role in helping clients stay compliant while also giving them clarity and confidence in running their business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide consultation on accounting, tax, and business compliance in Indonesia
- Assist foreign clients (WNA) in understanding local regulations (OSS, LKPM, tax reporting, etc.)
Prepare and review:
- Financial reports
- Tax reports (monthly & annual)
- Handle client communication (mostly in English) in a clear and professional way
- Ensure all client obligations are completed accurately and on time
- Coordinate with internal team and external parties (tax office, notary, etc.)
- Identify potential risks or issues and provide practical solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance / related field
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in accounting, tax, or consulting
Strong understanding of:
- Indonesian tax regulations
- Financial reporting
- OSS & LKPM
- Fluent in English (spoken & written) (this is a must)
- Comfortable handling foreign clients
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
Nice to Have (Big Plus)
- Brevet A & B
- Experience handling PMA companies
- Familiar with accounting software (Xero, Accurate, etc.)
