We are currently looking for a qualified candidate to join our team as Junior Associate Consultant:
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or system implementation (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
Familiar with accounting software such as Accurate, COSAL, Ery System, or similar
Good communication skills and able to work in a team
Willing to work mobile / visit clients
Detail-oriented, responsible, honest, and have high integrity
Male candidates are preferred
Willing to work with flexible working hours
Job Descriptions:
Implement accounting systems/software (Accurate, etc.) based on client needs
Set up initial accounting systems (chart of accounts, opening balances, master data, etc.)
Provide training and assistance to users in operating the system
Support data migration and ensure system runs properly
Troubleshoot and provide solutions for technical and functional issues
Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth implementation within timeline
Prepare and report implementation progress to supervisor
