Job Description
As a Junior Business Development (Sales & Partnership), you will play a key role in expanding our B2B market through:
- Corporate MCU (Medical Check-Up) services.
- B2B Wellness Programs for companies.
- Strategic brand collaborations and partnerships.
You will also gain hands-on experience managing major corporate clients and building long-term strategic relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B opportunities for Corporate MCU and Wellness Programs.
- Approach, pitch, and close deals with corporate clients.
- Build and manage partnerships with brands and strategic partners.
- Proactively explore new business opportunities and market potential.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Act as Key Account Manager for major clients.
- Maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
- Prepare proposals and collaborate with internal teams for project execution
Requirements
- Minimum D3/S1 degree
- Open for fresh graduates or individuals with strong passion in sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, proactive, and target-oriented
- Open-minded, business-driven, and curious in identifying client needs
- Able to think strategically and spot growth opportunities
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Willing to be based in South Jakarta
- Ability to understand or speak Korean is a strong plus
