We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Business Development Associate, that are new to the role and willing to learn from scratch. As a Junior BDR, your job duties may include identifying and contacting prospective partner companies and membership organizations, creating partner proposals and contracts. This will be a great chance for the new ones to gain valuable work experience and skills to start their career in business development. You will be able to learn and acquire versatile soft skills such as social skills, organizational, and sales skills that will be useful for even other industry and work environments.
You, Will, Have The Opportunity To:
- Speak to different industries’ business owners and senior executives
- Research/prospect and assist the team in forging new customers opportunities
- Research and generate lists of potential customers
- Provide feedback and solutions of better presentation pipelines, input on briefs, presentations, and business development literature
- Help develop partnership relationships and retain existing accounts
