region and ensure quality consistency across each individual location. Responsibility for the overall success of
the RGI® Cloud Kitchens by setting targets, supervising Outlet / Cloud Kitchen managers, and ensuring they are
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
● Formulate productive business development strategies to ensure long-term success
● Established standards and objectives for each RGI Cloud Kitchen
● Optimize and oversee operations to ensure efficiency
● Lead a team of outlet managers towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals
● Undertake prudent financial management to ensure kitchens are profitable and stay within budget
● Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and operational guidelines
● Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions
● Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it
● Report to senior executives on progress and issues
● Assist upper management in decisions for expansion or acquisition
Knowledge, Skill & Requirements:
● Knowledge of performance evaluation metrics and principles
● Sound understanding of optimization of Site operations and standards for success
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
● Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
● Strong business acumen with a strategic orientation and Strong analytical skills.
● Excellent problem-solving abilities
● Candidate must be willing to Travel to All RGI® Cloud Kitchen in Indonesia
● Proven experience as Area Manager, or similar managerial role
● 8 years experience in Operation field
● Min High School Diploma or Have a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
● Willing to travel up to 90 percent of the time
● Prefer background multinational fast food brands
